Sure, you can make most stock 140 hp tractors do that with some fine injection pump tuning and matching it with a suitable turbo. Engines are designed to last at a given power level for a given life. You will certainly sacrifice engine life for this kind of power. I've heard of Allis-Chalmers 426 cu. in. engines pumping out that kind of power, but they sure don't last 10,000 hours that way. Sorry about the 50 hp comment, but that thing is so terribly thirsty.
