It really depends on where the tractor is and where it is going also. Lets use southern Fla as a example..... There are very few flat bed or drop deck loads coming out of southern Fla as compaired to going in. So if you wanted your tractor hauled into southern Fla you would pay a premium so the trucker could pay to dead head out empty. But on the other hand if the tractor was being hauled out of souther Fla to a better area you could get it hauled cheep because the driver would rather haul cheep freight rather than none.
