I think its a "63 model. The governor on my ford "2000" tractor is out of adjustment. It"ll idle ok, and it does regulate, but the RPM range is way off. It"ll rev up WAY too high. This wouldn"t be so much of a problem, except that I"m not the only one that drives that tractor, and I"m afraid someone is going to blow the engine on it. (since the tach also doesn"t work, they don"t realize they"re over-revving it). I need to know how to adjust the governor to the proper RPM range, and if possible, how to fix the tach.
