M4 Artillery Tractor, looking to find one

Years ago I was on a fire department that had two M4 artillery tractors used in WWII to pull long tom guns. Now I am all grown up and have the wherewithall to go out and buy one of these for myself and I can't find one. Does anybody know of a place that deals in used surplus tracked vehicles? These were awesome machine, they had rubber tracks so that they could run on pavement. They were unstoppable in snow. I want to get one and donate it to the fire department that I am on for winter rescue. Anybody have a lead?????
