Find you some open-pollinated corn and save you a bag or two of it for seed ,thats what I do. I plant from 5 to 10 acres a year for feed and it does me good. It won't have the yields a Hybrid has but a whole lot cheaper. Go to a search web sit and type in open pollinated corn. I plant Reids yellow Dent and had a bunch of 11 and 12 inch ears this year.
