Ken is right .. You cannot shoot a fleeing felon., and stealing a bale of hay would barely qualify as a crime, much less a felony.. I know stealing is wrong, but the bad part is, the shooter's life is ruined now.. The only way that I will shoot, is if the crook is coming at me, with intent to harm or kill me..
