Thanks Walt and it does have a valve below the steering wheel.The PS was working fine and was parked outside for 6 months and when I restarted it the steering was this way.The system was full of water so I flushed the system in diesel wash it out w/ps fluid and then put in new ford trans fluid as the book called for but did not help so I had pump rebuilt and reinstalled pump and same thing.Are they anyway I can clean these valves? I have a I&T book on this tractor without taking off or apart? Garry
