If it�s a 1975 engine and original, you will need different pistons and cam if you don�t want it to be a low powered dog like it was when new. I assume it has a 2 bbl intake, so it will help alot to replace that with aftermarket 4 bbl setup. Good engines that got caught up in the mid seventies low performance era.
