The best old 351W heads were the 1969 style. They flowed (@.500" valve lift) 183CFM on the intake and 118CFM on the exhaust side vs. the old 289/302 heads which flowed 165CFM on the intake and 107CFM on the exhaust. The GT40P heads flow 196CFM on the intake and 139CFM on the exhaust, which is actually better than the original 1993 Mustang Cobra heads which flowed 192CFM intake and 128CFM on their exhaust.
