Hobby orchardist here with 10 trees in my yard. My dad had a few fruit trees when i was young and learned all about spraying and such. Worked on an old-time orchard as a teen (it was the 1980s but the old fellow still used his antique equipment). Now help out a friend of mine on his orchard where i get to play with my tractor (see pic) which i obtained from the farm i worked at as a teen. Also learned how to graft a few years ago. Now into old literature about fruit growing. Recently found a booklet on how to wash lead-arsenic (used for spraying way back when) from apples - yikes!
