Kevin, Several years ago I rebuilt the transmission on a 190 XT. One thing I learned was that if the book said do it, then do it. Don't try to get around something, cause you'll lose more time trying than you would if you do it like the book says to start with. Working on tractors is not like working on cars. The parts are easier to get to, but they are a lot heaver. When you begain pulling an engine, remember, that thing weiths much more than a 4 cylender car engine. BE CAREFUL !!!! Moye
