Yeh I know about the slow grow, I put in about an acre around the buildings for yard, this spring and it is slow. I just brush hogged that off, this year. I dont think that I can do the 4th here near Spokane as is late springs. Around Moses Lake and that area they sometimes get the 4th. More than the production I am putting the Alfalfa in for cover and land recovery. This 10 acres had been in Rye grass pasture for the last 40 years or so and the soil is depleted. The production is just a plus. I have local buyers for ALL of it when in production. I plan to leave it in till I die! ;))
