I have a customer who has a small resturaunt, and rather than paying to get rid of his frier oil he started to add it to his 300 gal oil tank in his basement. Now he did filter it and it was clean, but after a year the mixture turned more veggie than fuel oil and when I got there to service it for winter he had burned thru the fire pot and had started to destroy the heat exchanger. If you burn the veggie ( which I think is a good idea) you may need to run a smaller nozzel to compensate for the higher temp and output.
