Mine get's kinda messed up. I work 12 hour sifts at night, 3 nights one week, 4 the next. When I get off work and am coming back in, I go to bed about 9 am and get up at 5 pm. When I get off and don't have to come in, I go to bed about 6 to 8 pm and get up at 7 to 8 am. If I did not work the night before and don't have to go back. I go to bed at 10:30 pm, get up about 7 am. If I am starting back to work the next night, I stay up as late as I can and get up around noon so I can stay up all night the next night.
