I sure don"t know where land prices will go, but can"t anybody remember the 70"s and 80"s. They"re not making anymore land it can"t keep from going up. Then came the 80"s and it went down. My parents lived through the 30"s and I listened to them, Dad always said,every time there"s a boom there"s a bust following it. If youe look at history this rings true. Where was everybody when land was one sixth of what it is now and would cash flow? Walk when everyone is running and vise-versa. Lee

In July of 1998 I was talking to fellow Allis Chalmers collector Mike Schilling about the annual "Gathering of The Orange" AC show coming up in August of 1999.
