Land prices will go up. Land value not so much. It's the buying power of the money in your bank account that shrinks. So the more of your shrinking value money you can convert into value holding land the better. Think of the $ sign in front of the number on your paycheck as standing for snowballs and you get the picture. I make ten times as much today as I did 1970. Gas costs ten times as much now as then. Same with cars etc. So not much has really changed.
