I would recommend against it. The flush (if it works) will break things loose and cause them to go through all the oil passages and perhaps plug them up.
Personally, I would remove the side cover and oil pan as well and clean them out... also scrape anything you can out of the block - even use a solvent and air gun to clean things out and let them fall to a piece of cardboard under the engine or a pan.
Re-assemble and fill with a good quality oil and change it within a few hours of operating a couple of times and call it good. That"s my $0.02 worth.
