I didn't realize it was China either, which gets me going on another Chinese pork related sore spot. China doesn't want pork from hogs that have been given 'palene', and I don't know if I spelled it right, but China is one of the world's worst polluters, with tens of thousands of children damaged from mercury, lead and arsenic and then they come unglued about a trace of this hormone in the US pork they import. I know it's political but!!!!Jim
