try filling cracks w/ 2 part epoxy sanding smooth and paint. Or just fill w/ epoxy, sand and install old style steering wheel cover its a good look and easier on hands while operating the tractor. They have replacement S.W.on this site. I may be strange but I like to keep my tractor as origional as possible. I put the cover on our TO-20 its real comfortable and doesnot allow transfer of heat or cold also minumises slippage while sterring. Regards John
