Sounds like mine. I bought a new(to me) hay cutter. A jd1600. Big 14ft hydo swing(by far my biggest piece of equipment). Had it parked in plain sight for a week or two. No questions. 2 Months later, after my (step)father in law told her i bought a new cutter(thanks a lot) I got in trouble for not telling her.
I explained I was hiding nothing as I had it parked in plain sight. She said she didn't know what it was or that it was even new....
So city girl wife and a step-father in law who likes to start trouble....
