Are you over tightening the bolts and squeezing the gasket out? Is the gasket sealing surface abslolutely clean and dry when you put the pan on? Let it sit overnight so all the oil can drip out of the block before you clean off the pan rails (use Brake cleaner on a rag) and reinstall the pan. Also, make sure the lip on the pan is good and straight. Take a hammer and a block of wood and flatten out around the holes. Hope this helps. Good Luck and God Bless, ] Tommy
