Well, by "late model" I mean something newer than 1975 and probably older than 1990. What he is really looking for is a 5088 IH, 2290 Case or a 4440 JD to put a loader on. Budget is around $20k. I found several 2290's for $10k to $15k last night.
Why not sell land in south central ND? Prices are good and my FIL is ready to think about retirement - he is tired of working and his health is not 100% anymore.
