Sounds like it has a good bit of rust in it. Also sounds like it needs to be drained and changed. Theres 3 drain plugs and only one fill plug. Takes GL-1 type fluid which is a 90W oil but is also special and the N series need the GL-1 or it can mess up the seals etc.
