Walt- Thoughts and prayers with you both. I live in a real rural area. Several of the older folks get together 2-3 times a week to make runs to "the big city" for appointments/shopping/etc. Might be worth a try if you have neighbors with issues too. Seems to have started in our local church. Besides, with gas what it is today anythings a help. They all have lunch together and seem to really enjoy the day. They're all retired farmers, mill workers, etc.
