Hi Walt - Didn't know you had M.S. My late wife delt with M.S. for over 30 yrs. so I know what you're going through. Several others on this site are also dealing with M.S. as well. Are you on any medication for your spasms (Bacloefen?)I've been very heavily involved with the M.S. Society here in Ontario and would really recommend that you get in contact with your American M.S. Society if you haven't already done so. We initially thought we could handle M.S. on our own,but after being approached by one of Sharon's friends, we joined our local Unit. Believe me, the support and advice one gains from such organizations is wonderfull. Wishing you well in your battle and above all, stay positive. My wife's motto was always "One day at a time"
