WD is 34HP most will have the stright shifter and a true WD engine has the bolt on plate on the right hand side. WD45 is around 43HP has a little curve to the shifter and doesn't have a bolt on plate on the right hand side of the engine. Now then there are a liot of mutt tractors out there that have the WD engine in a WD45 tractor or the WD45 engine in the WD tractor. Either engine will bolt right in and if you don't know all the stuff to look at you can find you have a tractor built form parts
