Had the same problem. I found a lady that specializes in repairs - she works for all of the budget motels in the area and has a full time job. She could patch small cracks or if it was too bad, she had a whole bottom kit that she could glass in. If you time is work anything, this is the cheaper way to go. Call around the local motels and chances are they have someone who does this.
