First thing to do is check the batteries with a good tester. That 24 volt system is a battery killer to begin with. Make sure the ends are good and all connections tight, check your cables, take the floor board off and look at them, get new cable if they look bad. If you just bought it, replace if any question then you will know the cables and ends are good. My thinking is you have two bad batteries, it may be the starter but we have had two 4020D's for as long as I can remember them being here, Im 40, and only had the starter off of 1 and that was self induced check book pain. check the batteries and let us know
