I have a 2155 Cub and can only get 5-6 volts at the PTO clutch connector. I have replaced the PTO switch on the dashboard, jumped out the seat switch, jumped out the reverse switch and still get just 5-6 volts at clutch. I jump from battery to the clutch direct with 12 full volts and it engages. Is there another component I"m missing in the debug?
