I would like to know how many of these Hesston 310 self propelled windrowers were made. I know it is a 1968 model. I saw an old thread when I was doing some research before I bought it where a guy said he only knew of about six of them in Mass. (where I bought this one) Does anyone know where to find serial numbers for production like you can for tractors? I am currently using it for hay but it will hopefully be replaced in a year or two by a more modern implement. Hopefully I can get this fully refurbished (not restored for you sticklers!) to preserve it.
