well if its been stuck that long if i was you.. i would pull the head & clean out cyl's soak up with kroil or what ever u use ? besides WD-40 ( should been outta busness yrs ago for selling non working stuff) i have good luck with pb blaster when im outta kroil best soak it a good week , then tap on tops of pistons with a block of wood ( I said Tap NOT BEAT )Soak some more, if that dont move any remove oil pan & start taken rods off & see if you can push up on pistons
