A lot depends on who owns the gas. I'm in the boat in two ways. one, I'll be easy to deal with as our family owns a good share of the gas, 20 per rod might work, as the sooner we get the gas to market the sooner I can buy more tractors. Sold easement to an interstate (24") line about two years ago time we were finished with damages it ended up about at about 80 per rod. Will be starting to negoicate for a 14" ngl in sometime in the next month. I'm going to attempt to get about 120 per rod.
