Thanks Guys. I sanded it back down. Not sure of exactly what happened, but the horizontal areas took on a matte finish. I could not figure out whether it was overspray or a reaction between the first coat and the second coat. It sanded easily. I went ahead and sanded most of the tractor while I was at it. The problem areas looked so good after sanding that I figured it wouldn't hurt to level some of the other surfaces. I am waiting to make sure the second coat dries before applying the third.
