is it common on the 1030 that the sleeves go bad? i have a feeling i have to replace the sleeves on it. thought it was a head gasket but a mechanic thinks the sleeves are junk. how common is this? the old head gaskets are fairly new. do i have toher problems? i have water in the oil. i know it's not the block because i had that checked before. thanks DF in WI
