UE03707 should be a 1985 1310. As far as I can see, 1320's didn't have any serial numbers that low. If that serial no. is on the frame and 1320 is on the hood, my guess is that the later decals were added to make a 1310 seem more up-to-date. Remember, the 1320 came from the factory with side screens covering the engine sides and the 1310 had a different shape to the side panels of the hood and no side screens.
