Must be for city folks who live in tight quarters with their neighbors. Citys are full of problems, always people whining about everything, so I can see people complaining about the neighbor's dog poo and people are getting lazier all the time. Theres folks out there that are looking to pay someone else to do everything for them if they can afford it. personally I don't see how anyone could possibly find enough paying customers to earn any sort of living as a pet poo technician. How much would you even charge for that?, just the expense of getting to a customers house would be expensive, and then to make any profit you'd really have to charge. but sometimes bizarre ideas end up going big. I'd imagine some folks hate putting poo in the trash because then their trash stinks. Interesting idea.
