In my area (New England) it is hard to buy anything with a loader and 3 pt. hitch for less than $4500. Tractor should be at least fair to good for $5K.
The NAA front end wasn't really designed for a loader. Look for wear in the front spindles and linkage. A lot of these tractors with loaders need complete rebuilding of the front ends. The loader weight on the front also hurts traction on the rear (drive) wheels. Counterweights are necessary. Rear wheel weights are a plus since they are hard to find secondhand,
