Do you want information or an explanation? In the way of an exclamation. "It is as good as the rating on the label". Wal-Mart oil is required to meet certian minimum specs in regards to its intended use just as any other label. If you want information do a search on oils and many websites are out there that explain the differant rating and specs for oil and their specifactions.
