Speaking of old iron, this weekend 8 of us from our club retrieved 2 MH round hopper combines,one with a steel steering wheel and a mint shedded JD binder bought new in 1954,used 6 yrs.We bought the combines but the PTO drive binder was donated,included were canvasses still in the JD boxes and a new pitman arm.Needless to say the club members were feeling quite a sense of satisfaction when we got home.
