Fiat is in the business of buying things. They bought FordNewHolland. The bought controlling interest in CaseInternational. They bought a bunch of other companies too.... As far as I know, Fiat is the controlling shareholder in CaseNewHolland Global or something to that effect. It's a publicly traded company in which Fiat owns most of it. Fiat is a Private company... Which engines? Used in what tractor or machine? A lot of the smaller compact stuff uses ISM engines. The next series up uses Iveco/Fiat engines. The next jump uses the new EEC Iveco/Cummins engine. I think if you look closely at the 6 cylinders, they score about 6.7 liters, about the same fame as the new Dodge engines.... Above that the use a mixture of Iveco and Cummins engines I believe, depending on what you're looking at. There are still some fo the last Ford Genesis engines used in one series of basic spec tractors which are actually knocked down TS tractors restyled I believe. That would be the very very last of the Ford lineage. Rod
