you can see the hole where the loader went into the ground. If it was new it better be under warranty. Massey also makes their own loader so massey would have to warrant that too. If it isn't under warranty then I can just hope they had insurance on it. I would of thought the loader would just break off. This is the way I see it. Buy a $5000 tractor run the crap out of it for 5 years and do the same again OR buy a $50000 and run the crap out of it for 10-15 years.one accident w/o insurance and your in the hole $50000-$100000
