waterloo boy stationary engine

I have recently come across a waterloo boy stationary engine. It looks to be the same motor as a tractor. Can anyone tell me if this motor is the same as a tractor and will it just drop in? Also can anyone give me a rough value of this unit. It is just the engine no cart and the carb and mag are missing and it is stuck but the rest seems to be there.
