Need more details- was he mowing parents lawn or getting paid to mow someone elses? What was breakdown- engine catch fire or something that should have been called in to fire dept, or just broken blades that he tried to loosen with a propane torch to replace? Criminal charge? - something on the line of negligent vandalism/damage to property? Unlicensed/uninsured commercial business? Failure to report fire that he started in timely manner? Source? RN
