12 volt conversion

I have just bought a farmall 140 tractor.It has all ready been converted to a 12 volt system.All of the light wires have been cut off the lights and some of the wires are pretty bad.Im trying to rewire it and the ammeter is no good.I got me a voltmeter and would like to get a diagram on how to wire it in.
