I can tell you to run like the wind away from the Farmforce blade sold by Tractor supply. A 3/4" tree root almost totally destroyed my brand new one. It bent the bracket at one hitch pin, bent the pivot and also the pin which is good and stuck now and may require a press to get out. the blade itself is also bent. what a piece of [email protected] that from a small tree root! It would be ok for fluffy dry snow but that is it.I may try to get it straightened and reinforced but will take a lot of that, I may have to cut it up for scrap and it doesn't even have the first bit of rust on it.
