Low-sulphur diesel

I have heard that all diesel is now the low-sulphur type and that it can ruin the injectors in older engines.
I have an old (but still in great shape) kubota L210. I am worried that the new fuel could mess up the injectors. Should I use an upper-cylinder lube (like the one Lucas makes) to prevent problems. Will this really do any good?
I just would like to get as much use out of this machine as possible...
