That 10 minute warning is because the pto clutch
has a throwout bearing the same as the foot clutch.
There is another lever to take the pto out of gear
so you can let the pto clutch lever forward and the
pto will not turn even tho the lever is forward. It
should disengage when the lever is pulled back if
you have an implement attached to it. Is this a
working farm tractor or a show tractor? Nice thing
about this tractor, you don't have to split the
tractor as I recall, for clutch work.
