Now before you get excited about adding more power, how many miles do you have on your air filter? The air filter should be changed every oil change if you see any type of dusty conditions. I'd even change it every time regardless for good measure. When I worked for Cummins, that was our rule of thumb for trucks that we bombed around town in. For some reason, the air boxes dodge put on should have only been for engines not nearly as air hungry as the 5.9L.
