There are a few up here in Victoria,B.C. A guy just down the road got a semi full from California and is selling them. $250.00 for one six foot palm. I know of one place that has two bannanna plants growing outside.I was suprised to see they were about twenty feet tall.However they were growing in a sheltered south facing alcove.
