Dear Sirs,

we the foreign trade firm VolgaPromExim Ltd, located in Togliatti city, Russia, would like to pay our respect to this noble club and inform you that our firm represents interests of different Russian companies at the foreign markets and interests of foreign companies in Russia as well.

Having surfed the World Wide Web we found out that there is a great demand for spare parts for Belarus tractors, exported from former Soviet republic- Belarus. As we know, after reforms in former Soviet Union and decentralisation in different fields of economic, the problem with spare parts supply to the countries ever imported Belarus tractors become one great headache for many importers and Belarus owners all over the world. Meantime more then 40% of spare parts are still produced at the plants located in Russian federation. Our company has in its disposal data base which includes practically all to some extend Russian manufacturers of different products and certain business contacts with plants producing spare parts for belarus Tractors. For example we even have business contatcs with plant producing starters and located in our city.

Curretly we are looking for importers of spare parts for Belarus spare parts all over the world and will highly appreciate if any usefull information could be provided. Direct contacts of any companies interested in importing a.m. spare parts are also very much welcome.

Close co-operation with forwarding agents gives us excellent opportunity to find optimum, cheapest and most reliable scheme of delivery. Years of work in the field of internal economy gives us confidence that co-operation in this field of spare parts supply can be beneficial for both parts.

Any comments, suggestions, inquires can be made via e-mail to vpe@fia.volga.ru, or our tel/fax No at: +007 8482 40 65 39; fax +007 8482 34 19 06

While thank you in advance for your kind attention to this matter and possible help, we remain

Sincerely Yours,

Pavel V. Sherbina
